WWI Plumb Phila 1917 US Model Bolo Knife

Genuine World War I US Model 1917 Bolo Knife. Manufactured by Plumb in Philadelphia and clearly stamped "Plumb Phila 1917" on one side of the blade and "US Mod 1917" on the other. This was originally issued to machine gun crews and medical corpsmen.

The knife features original wood grips and a heavy carbon steel blade with an honest century-old patina. No scabbard is included. The blade has not been sharpened or modified, preserving its historical value. This is a solid piece of American military history for any collector.
