Used GI IOTV in OCP. Soft armor inserts are in fantastic shape. Comes with side plate holders as well. The plates are Shellback Tactical and are brand new, never taken outside. Level 4 ceramic plates to stop 30-06 AP. Multi hit as well. $400 for the entire setup. Meet in west valley i.e. Goodyear or Litchfield Park.
