The Heckler & Koch USP9SD is a full size USP9 variant 1 (SA/DA) 9mm x 19 NATO pistol fitted with a left side frame-mounted lever that acts as a combined manual safety and de-cocker.

The standard USP 9 SD is fitted with a left-handed, threaded (13x1) hexagonal-rifled barrel, match-trigger parts, and adjustable 3-dot tritium suppressor-height sights.

Pistol comes in the original box with manual and test cartridge, H&K's Jet Funnel (magwell), serialized threaded barrel, four (4) 18-round law enforcement only (LEO) magazines, and a titanium muzzle brake.
