300 WIN MAG HERTERS BSA MODEL U9 BOLT ACTION RIFLE W/SCOPE

Herters BSA Model U9 .300 Win Mag Sporting Rifle with Scope, Base, & Rings. Four Shot (3+1) bolt action with 24" barrel made by the British firm Birmingham Small Arms for Herter's Inc. of Waseka, Minn. a half century ago. Rifle featyres a Mauser style or Remington 700 like two-lug push/feed action, a cocking indicator (red nub on bolt) and a side/thumb safety.

Extremely good condition, original with the factory finishes only and minor handling and use wear. Perfect working condition and accurate, with a Monte Carlo stock and drop floorplate. Has seen very little use, includes a Nikko Stirling 4X16X44 LRX "Nighteater" scope, side focus adjustment, and mounts and rings all tuned to the rifle.
